Crepes & Waffles is a successful chain of restaurants. Originally dedicated to the upper class, but over time their prices have gone down (or, rather, has remained relatively constant) than it has been cheaper than other similar restaurants. Perhaps the combination of high quality low-price meals has been the recipe for commercial success it has had, has been such that at certain times play to queue about 10 minutes before a table.

By opening branches in major cities of Colombia and then Ecuador, Panama, Venezuela, Mexico and Spain, has become a leading example of successful national industry.

It was conceived as the development of a draft Management degree students and has always sought to recruit women heads of households, as opposed to the prevailing corporate culture that discriminates against women in pregnancy by the current legislation on working time for these cases.
